Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day you, or someone you named, receive the sensor.

To cancel, tell us by email at [email protected] before the 14 days are over. You can use the form below, but you do not have to. We confirm by email and tell you where to send the sensor.

Send the sensor back within 14 days after you told us. You pay the cost of sending it back.

We refund everything you paid, including the standard shipping cost, within 14 days after you told us, with the same payment method you used. We may wait with the refund until the sensor is back with us, or until you show us that you sent it.

You may try the sensor the way you would in a shop. If it has lost value because you handled it more than that, we may deduct that from the refund.

Something wrong with it?

Separately from cancelling, the law entitles you to a sensor that works as described. If it does not, write to us at [email protected]: we repair or replace it, and if that is not possible, you get your money back.
